Research Summary: My research involves statistical inference and mathematical prediction of cell signaling processes in cancer. Mathematically, I am developing network modeling tools to predict the processes and infer the qualitative dynamics of signaling processes from biochemical network structure. Statistically, signaling processes can be implicated from inference of integrated protein-protein interactions, transcription factor targets, and expression data sets. Collaborative projects use these tools to infer mechanisms of cetuximab resistance due to aberrant EGFR cell signaling in head and neck cancers.
